It's been awhile since i have updated my blog. Well, a long while. Same reason all the time.

Anyway, to update this blog from where i dropped it, i have to look at the calender and try remember anything significant to write down XD

January

There's something extra added into our form six life. That something was called 'coloqium', don't think i get my spelling right, but it sounded like that. So, for this something, we form six are required to stay back every Monday from 2.30pm till 3.40pm. We are assigned in to different groups, about 7 students per group, and each group will do some little research, depending on which group you are in. For example, I'm in the Chemistry group, so I will have to do some research relating Chem and present it in June to our fellow classmates, and the new Lower Six.
Hmm.

Anyway, I'm the group leader and our group decided to investigate whether some metal plates and, juice and soft drinks are suitable for emergency power supply. So far( 5th of April now), the results are okay, we have finish experimenting and are now moving to preparing a report.

This year, without knowing why, we are unable to use the air-conditioned dewan kuliah as our classroom like the previous UpperSix. Strange.

February

First day of Chinese New Years falls on Valentines Day, which should be a good news to some people. Our school got a one week plus a day of holiday. Didnt do much in the holidays, only went out once on 17th to GuiZhi's house around 7pm and to Queensbay with kitty before that. After the holidays, it's time to prepare for 1A examination, but, as usual, i didnt accomplish much.

March

First UpperSix exam. And of cause, it didn't went well at all. Again, stayed at home pretty much for the whole holiday. Only went out once on Wedns again for movie in Gurney. Started attending Physics tution because, I'm starting to getting some hard time understanding the newer chapters. After the holiday, bad results came falling like heavy rain and bombings. On 31st, members of some club from Kelantan's Chung Hwa came and drop by our school. 30th and 31st are their state's holiday as it is the birthday of their current Sultan. Their PA teacher,Encik Haji Hapidin Saat (aka. Happy day, he said so himself XD) gave us a taklimat on how to attack questions in A and B for an hour. He was quite an interesting teacher. Though Malay, he was quite supportive of Chinese in some aspect. Says him that regardless of races, we should learn to choose and learn up the good side of different races and threw aside the bad habits. I kinda like this old man XD

Besides that, the students are interesting too, there are only about 5 boys out of 20++ members in the club, which was strange.. Anyway, there are some cute girls, some pretty girls, some pretty cute girls and some cute and pretty girls. (Haha..just kidding, didn't know there so much combinations for this two words.) We came to school at 7.30pm that day, and after some ice breaking, we started the taklimat. After that, we took some picture and wave goodbye to our new friends as they need to get some rest (in our music rooms!! T.T) since they will be getting up early the next day ( heading to Langkawi)..

Holidays to School reopen! XD

Before school reopens

Last entry i mentioned about the concert that will take place in KOMTAR,Auditorium A on 2nd of January. Finally it past and all went well. (thank god XD)

That day, gather up in school before taking bus together to KOMTAR. Reached school at around 2.00pm and dropped my freshly ironed long black pants on the way to the music room. Darn. Everyone was quite excited. And then it's time to leave and soon the music room was empty...except some of us. We are a small group of choir which will be performing extra 2 songs for the concert.

First, there was the song 'Pasigin'. Love the melody darn lot. And there was some part felt like singing rap XD These song was originated from Philipines, and so, all the lyrics are in tagalog (the language used in Philipines) as well. Of cause, it took us quite some time to pronounce it and even more to memorise it. That's why we are allowed to look at d music sheet when singing. That song, according to the coach, is a fishermen's song. I search for it in wikipledia, hoping to find the meanings of the lyrics. But all it came up is only a city in Philipines called Pasin City, located in between Manila Bay and Laguno de Bay.

As for the second song, there's '催咚催'. It's a 湖北 folks song. That day i found something in Wikipledia, but now i can't find it when typing this entry. If my memory serves me right, the song is kinda like a festive song and the lyrics and melody potrait the merry scene of a festival. This piece and 'Pasigin' both have a quick tempo and some high notes for tenor. XP

So, we lag behind to pracitce abit. Then we get on the last bus of 3 and head to KOMTAR. Reached there and start practicing. Can't really remeber the details of the practice and it was all over at around 6pm. Start to have our dinner and change. Dinner was fried rice with hot dog and fried chicken and more importantly we get to eat some marsh potatoes from KFC...WEEE =]

Concert started at around 7.30pm and oh my, the auditorium is pretty darn small and soon all the seat was taken. Concert starts of with 'The Phantom of Opera'. And there is '在水一方' which i get to lead sing with another boy. Lucky my throat was ok and i was able to sing it fine =]. I was standing slightly to the right, so, when it's my turn to lead sing, my voice boom out and most of the audience turned their head in my direction. It was so funny looking them all turning at once, I could imagine hearing a snape and was trying hard not to laugh XD. That piece followed by '天黑黑' and '望春风'. After that, we performed '八骏赞' and '美丽的草原我的家' both two are Mongolian songs that have been translated into chinese, and they are really nice, go hear it when you are free in Youtube. Later, its us, the small group performing 'Pasigin' and 催咚催'. As for the closing, we sang and dance abit for 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' and 'Mama mia'. But of course, in between those pieces we performed, there are some other performance, like solo singing and another choir made up of primary school students and the choir is called Happy Little Angel. Anyway, that night, all went smoothly and was very memorable, too bad can't watch it live.

After School Reopens

Back to school 2 days later. School was fine so far (16 Jan). There's some changes for form 6... From now on, school's over only after 1.50pm for us Science Stream. And we need to stay back for something about doing a project and presentation on Mon till 3.25pm weekly. Our big class have been split into two due to..eerr..noisyness XD One thing then doesnt change is, we are using the same class as last year ==. And there's a bad news about the construction of the new block. Seems like there's a problem about applying for tax free or some discount for the generous donors and the proposal was not yet approved. Which means insufficient fund to complete the whole block. It's completing the block the problem, mind you, not start building it is. And the school's 董事长s are interested in installing a 天文台 on the top floor, so there will be some delay on completing the block. WHICH means i won't be able to use or visit or even step into the new block before i graduate T.T

As for co-curriculum, all performing art club have some audition or interview for the first Saturday of January. The thing is, Form One students are required to sit a simple musical theory test before that and also fill in a form on which performing art clubs they would like to join. This was unheard of in the history of Heng Ee High School as this year's freshmen are so darn many compared to any past few years. There's 700+ Form One students this year!

So, it was pretty fun on the first Sat. We stationed some committee in the foyer, to gather those freshmen whose chosen choir as their first choice and pass the small test. Some was stationed in the classroom next to the music room, which will lead those who are disqualified to their 2nd or 3rd choices of club like Chinese Orchestra, Symphony Band and Harmonica. I mentioned it was fun cause I was one of those who was in charge to bring them around the school to the other club. In the end of the activity, there were 110 out of 280 students passed the audition and will have another audition today (16 Jan). Today, the figure was reduced to 80 something XD

2nd Saturday of December

3rd week of the holidays. Went out for dinner more than school days =]

Finally finished Duma Key and moving on to Jodi Picoult's Plain Truth.

Been attending choir practice for quite some time. Fun. At least I've got something to do to not study and bored to death. XD Lots of practices cause choir will be having concert in..eerr..Auditorium in KOMTAR (either not expecting much crowd or we cant effort DSP).

Think I will be performing about 8 songs. Choir of course, no way i will get to sing in small group or solo. And for some of the pieces, the notes are so high that they are killing me just to produce them out from my mouth. Though still manage to hit the notes slightly, but really can't hold it that long or sang several of it continuously...hmmm...there's a probability that i will lip singing awhile during the concert night =]

Asked a lot of contacts in MSN randomly about their holidays. But it's the same. Bored. Poor things. XD

Too bad still haven't cycle to QB or GP yet. Plan to do that next week.

Speaking about study, still not getting mt result slip yet. Strange...hmmm...

Can't sleep last 2 nights. Don't know why. And when i did sleep, i dreamt about strange things and man those dreams are long XP

There's so little happening in holiday that i can't type much in this entry ha? XD Anyway, that's all for now.

BBQ and Gurney Plaza

BBQ was held at LiHao's house on Fri, 27 Nov 2009.

Scheduled to start at 7.30pm but i still got there late.

Bee came to fetch me at around 7pm, and i drove her car to fetch Pat.

Got lost awhile, but we found it at the end and reached there about 8pm.

Most of the people were here.

Then we start eating some bihun and fried rice and it was darn HOT

LiHao's sis, HuiTing, did invite her friends too.

Poor thing is, most of them did apply eye shadows, and was lucky that it didnt wear off in the heat. *GENG! =]

Start bbq with some hotdogs, chicken wings and SATAY. The satay was darn nice!!

Then after awhile people start gathering in groups and start playing with poker cards and soft drinks. (man they are creative =])

Some hide inside LiHao's room playing PC. And the girls went into the other room playing something (I think?). Anyway, later that night witness how a alcoholic affect the drinker(interesting). Later on we have some homemade pizzas and it taste awesome!

Went back and reached home at 11.45pm.

Gurney Plaza's GSC was darn cold. XD I think it's the same for Queensbay. Went there to watch 2012 the day after the bbq. It was veryveryvery nice just as everyone told me. But since it's cold and drank abit of water, so, watched it with full bladder XD

Reached there under the HOT sun at around 2pm. Wen redbox to sing abit and then left for MPH and Popular while taking my kitty for a stroll =]

Have my dinner at sakae sushi and met up with Esther. XD

3rd day of the Holidays

Like I said, today it's the 3rd day of my short holidays.

Went Pizza Hut on Friday to kick start my holidays. Received bad service =.= No wonder my kitty said pizza hut sucks XD

Did you notice our holidays are becoming shorter each year? From 2 months more till 2 months till 1 and 3/4 month and till now, which is just 1 month plus one week of holidays. Don't know why, maybe it is something like global warming isn't it? That it grew shorter each because of our own making? XD It's just a guess.

Anyway, will be attempting 7 days of tution at school. Cause Physics and Maths teachers haven't finish the Lower Six syllabus. When teacher first mentioned this tutions to us on school days, it really didn't seem so bad, but now i only know that's not really that fun XD

Here's some plan for the holidays. Record it down here to serve as a checklist.

A) Finish a few novel:

1 The Penultimate Peril - Lemony Snicket

2 The End - Lomeny Snicket

3 Duma Key - Stephen King

4 The Chamber - John Grisham

B) Study! (revision actually)

Just got some results today when attending the tution in school. Physics...50marks..HOHO..improved 12 marks. Maths, total is 37 out of 100. I know it sucks, but hey, I scored only 16 last time. Chemistry and General Paper is still a mystery. But judging from those two papers, I say I might improve too for these 2 papers too, don't you think? XD

Nope.

Not me.

It's my little sister. She's taking her UPSR result's today.

And I'm proud to inform you that she scored 6A's. Not straight A, but at least score an A more than her brother =]

Which reminds me out there, there's a bunch of form 5 students taking their SPM. Poor thing XP

Editted this picture especially for someone and, trust me, that someone only (that someone, you reading this? XD). But, we should never be shelfish,right? So, uploaded it up anyway.

Wanna wish you all form 5 students good luck.

Note: not add oil. If you haven't been adding it for the pass few months, it's pretty useless wishing you that, cause you will be needing alot of luck.

Tomorrow will be the last day of my current examination. After the Physics paper and it will be hello Holidays!

Finally updating my blog.

Sure you all know why my blog outdated for so long..

Here's a summary.(I try to recall as much as I can XP)

JULY

After the choir competition, there's our school concert. A special one this year as we got to perform in small group. We sang 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight'. We did okay,i guess.. Let's hope we will be doing opera next year XD

And there's the Japanese Ghost Festival (is it?), Bon Odori on 18th, Saturday night at Padang Kota (旧关仔甲's big field, Esplanade or whatever u called that place).Lots of people wearing kimonos. Saw Sushi King and Azuma setting up stalls there =] First time been there, darn hot there...and as night getting darker, it gets crowded. Took me half an hour to buy a bottle of cold water. IN the middle of the field, stage was set up and there were dancing, too bad they kept repeating the same few songs. XD There was some fireworks at 10pm to end to festival.

He sat there almost the whole night. Awesome *claphands

Went Little Cottage 2 on the 25th after school curiculum. It's located at the junction which one head to waterfall park and the other one leads to Penang Chinese Girl School. Was welcoming a friend coming back from her Matriculations.

AUGUST

There's my birthday on the 1st and my sisiter's on 27th. Had a chocolate cheese cake and completely chocolate for my sister. She would not eat cheese...strange XD

Taking the first exam of my form six life on 17th,Monday, and it was also a memorable day for reason that will be not stated here =] Experiencing new things since then and loving it.

After four days of exam, is some holidays. On 24th, went Dewan Sri Pinang for Chinese Songs Choir Competition. Won the overall champion again. Weee =] Lucky we did, or else will be receiving critics for not winning this state competition like the national state compeition we did in July.

SEPTEMBER

Well.

Nothing much happen.

Just one day my uncle dropped by. His a hair dresser. Gave my little sis a haircut and we ate his cake that we prepared for his birthday that day XD

And I think 九皇大帝 is some time in this month, is it?

If I'm not mistaken, we got our school concert DVD this month. The quality is alot better than last year, but there are still spaces for improving. As for the cover, pretty nice =]

hmmm...Sorry for the quality of the picture which make it hard for you to understand its awesomeness XD

Got my exam results. Darn bad. Worst XD Scored only 19 for maths out of 100. Proud of the marks i get for English and my Physics =]

OCTOBER

Next month will be the 2nd exam.

Celebrated my little sis's b'day by having dinner at Kim Gary, Queensbay. It's been months i have stepped into a shopping mall.

Another cake with only chocolate. Bought at Maxim's.

November ~ Now

Start having exam on 11th. So far I think I'm doing just fine. hmmm =]

Went for breakfast with with friend on 8th, the Hokkien mee was good. XD

Holiday will start next next week and am looking forward to it. Will be coming back to school for extra classes as some lower six syllabus for mathematics and Physics have yet to cover. T.T

Rained heavily for a couple of days already...Lovin' it =]

Just finished dinner, 14th, have some fried rice with salted fish, fried oyster(蚝煎 XD) and some CHICKEN LEGS...just like to chew it...quite fun, you don't have much chance to chew like that when eating other things,know? XP

Part 2

So...here comes part 2. XD

Since i have been complain by YCM because of my long entries, i will cut it short from now on.

The 2nd day

1st of July 2009

The competition is today. This is it. All of our practices all these months are for the few minutes of us being on that stage. Hmmm... Anyway, competition starts at 8am. But since we are the 11 group. Our coach allowed us to get up around 6.30. Breakfast was supplied and it was nasi lemak again. OMG! After we boys are all set up, we went over to they girls' little bungalow and have a brief singing to loosen up our throat. Coach brief us on what we should be careful of later when it is our turn,a quick summary of the 2 pieces' arrangement she have made for the pass few months, hoping us to try our best and dont be sad if we do our best but still didnt gt any prizes...

All set and we started walking to the competition venue. We got there and it was still early. All of us are nervous so we didn't really have any mood watching choir from other state singing. After we seated a short while, coach called us out for a last minute warm-up. We were so tense that our throats are tighten up.

Then comes Teacher Kenny to inform us, it is time. XP We went back into the building and waited outside the lobby since there are stilll 2 groups more until it's our turn. =.= Darn hot waiting there...Then, we move into a small air-conditioned meeting room because we are the next team.

When we were singing.

Of cause...All of us were nervous standing on that small stage. The pieces we sang were 'Selamat Pergi Pahlawanku' and 'Come Where The Lilies Bloom'. I sang and sang, fingers curled up abit because of nervous, and was getting more and more happy as we got to the second piece,'Lilies'. It was a joyful song and we sang happily as our turn on stage is finally over. When done singing, we walked out of the small ballroom where the stage is. All of us were so happy and excited cause we thinked we did sing well just now. And all of us agreed that we did sing well this time. After having some little tiny sandwich and cake and tea, we went back in to see how's the other team doing. When all the teams have done singing, it was announced that result will be out tonight during our dinner here in the main buillding.

So, all the teams started leaving the ballroom while some stayed to take some photos using the small stage as background. We took turns and Penang team ended up as the last one. Having the ballroom all to ourself, we just sort of loitered around XP. So, here's some of the photos.

After taking photos, we started walking back to our banglows...It's around 1pm and the lunch prepared by the JPA is already in our bungalow. After taking bath and lunch, we gather around in the girls' quarter to attend another briefing. It's about what are we going to wear in tonight's buffet and blablabla...XD Anyway, when we are leaving, it started to rain cats and dogs...hmmm. So now is around 3pm and it is our free period. I just take a long, sweet, refreshing nap =] Wake up and read abit of the novel i brought and it's time for the buffet.

It's around 8 something and after gathering at again, girls' unit, we start marching to the lobby. And got redirected to the resort's swimming pool. The buffet was being held there...Each table was being labeled by which state. Ours, Pulau Pinang, three tables and each table 10 person, were somewhere near the stage. We took our seat and waited and waited...an waited for...forgive me but i'm not very sure, someone from the government i think. Finally at 9pm or something, we get to eat our dinner. =.=

The buffet...it was alot nicer than last year's at Lumut, Perak. The winners will be announced after we have our dinner. So, the results are only announcede around 10pm. When the speaker announced it is time for the prize giving, all of the participants went dead silence, seriouly, I can even hear the sound of water lapping of the swimming pool just beside clearly, and some cricket, too. Before that, looking from the arrangement of the tables, we deduced that champion, first runner up, 2nd runner up and 4th prize will goes to the four teams sitting nearest to the stage, so as to save their time walking onto the stage. I concluded that, we wont stand a chance winning anything this year, it was until, I'm not sure, the 2nd runner-up i think, that was being seated quite far away from the stage, that me and lots of us began to dare hope we can win something afterall...

After announceing the 1st runner-up, of cause, the MC started to build up suspension by spitting each word out slowly. Something like, "Juaaaraa Pertandiingann Choir tahuun 2009 datannngg dari kontigen...Pulau Pinang.!" And so we jumped as high as we could like a compressed spring when the word 'Pulau' was being announced. We just kept jump and shout and scream and hug and some even cried i think and jump and shout again. We was like "WOW we are finally the champion". Finally one champion in all those 7 or 8 years we have been participating this choir competition. Just imagine how happy we are. I bet you that we are way happier than someone that won the lottery!

Then someone started to applause, reminiding us to get on stage and retrieve our trophy. I just can't wait and almost ran to the stage with Galvin (Kai Wen). But before going on stage, Galvin hugged Ms. Koay who was standing nearby, and in order not to keep them waiting any more longer, i stepped onto the stage becoming the first person to recieve the prize. As the first person, I was given a trophy and a plastic bag with our certificates. Abit lucky in that. Since I'm the first, the photographer shot a picture of me recieving the prize alone. We each have our own trophy.

After all of us have our own cup, we line out in our singing formation and take a few pictures of us with the tropies held high (YEAH!! =]). And when the guys get off the stage, the speaker started to play 'We are the Champion'. Darn me for not knowing that song, I can only lip sing it while most of us sang it happily. Then it's all over and all teams are leaving. Lots of them left, but not without congratulating us first or some hand shaking. Don't know who started it, but we slowly stood single-filed and gave those who were living high 5 (wee XD). So, we are the last team to leave the venue.

Marching back happily and it's almost midnight. And what the heck my trophy was broken. A few of us also found theirs' broken too. =.= Anyway, got phone call, chat awhile. Though we need to depart early tomorrow, most of us only drop dead at around 1am. XD

A Trip to Johor and School Concert -- Part 1

Hmmm

It's been awhile since I last update my blog. Just so lazy to update...

Anyway.

Today finally set my mind straight to update. Don't want to forget those special moment. So, typing it down now. I can't remeber. But it's been a normal but yet frustrating school days for the following 2 weeks when the holiday's over.

The Big dayS

1st of July 2009

Woke up 5am and prepared all my stuff plus did some last minute checking. When all done and finish bathing,the sky started raining. Quite heavy if you ask me. Reached school at 6.10am. Fall in and wait for the bus. And Oh My Goodness there are students coming already at this time. When the bus arrived, the sky is still raining... Get on board with quite some difficulty cause we need to carry the luggage and all.

When finally leaving, I think it was around 7am. And right after the bus started. I forced myself to close my eyes to get some sleep. Beside me was Hong Wei xD. Then it's all about stopping and moving for us for the rest of the few hours...Can't remember what time and where. In one of the R&R we stopped...I bought a Tuna Sandwich in Dukkin Donuts. Darn nice...but it cost me RM7.40. And finally some time around 1pm, we stopped for lunch at...Burger King!..*Gasp*

OMG for that...we are having a national state choir competition tomorrow and we are having burgers for lunch?...*sigh* But, there's nothing much those R&R can provide us anyway...In the end, I have nasi lemak from the Kaya Kopitiam just opposite Burger King. I take away and ate my nasi lemak with the guys in Burger King. Cause, after eating that huge sandwich, I dont feel like eating any burger, know what I mean?

Continue our journey after an hour in Burger King. Smsed abit, darn boring that time. Kai Wen took out his Nokia phone..N series...I can't remember what model. Anyway, it is equiped with GPS and we can actualy viewed how fast the bus is moving and in what direction on a simple map. Cool! Lucky for us, bus driver played an animation for us to kill our time, Princess Mononoke(幽魂公主). Since i watched it five times already and my eyes are hurting again, i forced myself to get some sleep. Only to opened my eyes again for some exciting scene(in one scene a guy's head was slice off clean and flew up in the air by an arrow released by the main character, and etc.) in the movie after hearing the whole bus gasping =P

Finally, reached Johor at around 5pm. But our destination is Tanjung Puteri Golf Resort which is located in Pasir Gudang. And Pasir Gudang...is practically at the end of West Malaysia...So, we took another hour to reach the golf resort. When the bus approaches a nice looking,big building, it's 6 something in the evening and I thought we finally made it and was glad to be so close to the rooms we are staying. And the wide carpark is not bad itself. But later on, the bus driver explained that this is only the lobby, that there's still a distance to where we are staying. So it's 'oh no' and 'argh' for us. Since the venue of the competition is here and the stage's here, our coach wants us to have a simple rehersal to walk the stage and familiar ourself with the speaker, piano, microphone, etc.

So, we rehersaled till 7pm and teacher decided to let us get to our rooms as Ms Koay also just returend from there ( went to inspect,have a look while we are practicing xD). On the bus, Ms Koay told us that, where we are staying are marvelous as each unit is a small bungalow, HOHO! All of us were excited and can't wait to see it. Take a few turns and we were finally there. Get off the bus and help unloading all our stuffs then girls and guys separated. We are living almost exactly opposite of each other, just 2 units for our school.

Approaching our liitle bungalow xD, the small light bulb on the porch turn on automatically, giving us quite a pleasant surprise. Stepped into the house, took off our shoes and OMG the smells gave out by the socks and shoes, darn terrible ( just imagine a whole stack of fishes,and i mean the not-that-fresh kind). We went exploring the rest of the house and wohoho! There's practically air-conditioner everywhere except the bathrooms and the kitchen!

Let me just roughly run through the details of the interior. There's a wide living room with TV and 3 sofas (enough for the 16 of us standing together and not feeling that cramp),erm...eating room? Just a space with a big round table and chairs for us to have meals, 1 bedroom, a useless storage room, a longer abit bathroom, a wide kitchen and an ironing room (i think?...there's only the ironing board in that small room. This is only the ground floor... On the first floor, we got a master bedroom with its own master bathroom, 2 smaller abit bedrooms with again their smaller abit bathrooms, a smaller living room with TV and 3 sofas and a small balcony.

First thing first, we gathered in the living room to decide who gets to stay in which room. I was arranged to sleep with Vincent, Hong Wei, Kai Wen and Kai Ren. Then we get our luggage to our own room and start bathing or having dinner. Just when I finished stacking my luggage in the room upstairs( mine is the one on your,not the masterbedroom, mind you), someone phoned me and i was glad and very surprise to recieve the call...HOHO!...Was excited for the whole night because of that call XD. Dinner was prepared by the Education Department and it came in small rectangular boxes for each of us, different from last year which is buffet for every meal. Since I'm feeling kinda hot, i hit the shower first. And that was a mistake. When I'm done and went down for my dinner, I can't find one...=.= Then later own, i found out why. Because, everyone has taken theirs when I was bathing, Teacher Kenny found one extra box (which is mine), and asked whose was that. Since I didn't hear him asking in the bathroom and those eating outside didn't realise i have not yet taken, Teacher Kenny concluded that, this was an extra one... So, my dinner was sent to the girls. In the end, I ate a few pieces of bread and a cup of instant noodle.

After we have done eating and it was half past nine, we walked over to the girl's small bungalow and have a brief practice. We started heading back somewhere around 10.30pm. Since tomorrow will be competiting, we just went in our separate room and tried to get some sleep, at least some of us did. I decided not to cramp with my roommates and choose to sleep downstairs with Albert, full name Harry Albert Turkienston the 3rd ( I think I got it right....hmmm). The bedroom downstairs was empty at first. But Albert ( he preferred to be called Albert instead of Harry, and no, i don't know why) ditched his roommates the same reason i did XD. So I ended up sharing a room with him but we each occupying our own bed.(HOHO!). Smsed for awhile again and only fallen asleep pass midnight with me still holding the handphone (I know cause I found out it's still in my hand when I woke up, darn not good for health XP).

2nd week of the Holidays

Yo all

It's the second and last week of the short holidays.

And darn it for i haven't done any of my homework yet or even study. Everyday is just online, rubik's cube, sleeping, eat, reading novel and text messaging. xD

This week's Monday and Tuesday was another intense choir practice... Almost 12 hours like last Friday. The only different is these 2 days, we got a vocal tutor from KL. Ta-da-da-da. Give a big hands for Mr. Liu... Didn't take any picture. But maybe i can get some photo of him. Upload it next time.

Mr Liu had been 'teaching' us for the past few years. He came by our school 2 or 3 times a year. If my memory serve me right, he has been teaching us the same thing. I'm serious man. Each time he came in, and it's the same old thing from his last visit. Always the..eerr..don't know how to say it in English...And I'm so lazy to open my Chinese Star, so I'm gonna leave that to your imagination.

All i can say about his teaching is, it's all about controlling your breathe or breathing. Take in enough air, breathe it out and control the amount you let out, and with your diaphragm(I think I got the spelling right...hmmm) supporting, the results are quite...eerr..a good news for all of us amateurs. The results are, you can get a clear voice, hit quite high note for one's standard, can hold a note longer and you can pretty much control your volume esaily.

So, for that 2 days the practice was all about breathe in and out rapidly (try imagine how a dog breathe and you will get the picture). Nearly fall asleep for the first day, in fact, i did pass out a few minutes or second i guess. Then i was smarter the second day. Went to the toilet for several times xD.

Hmmm...think that's pretty much what i wanna update for now. To L4D again xD Chao

Well.

It's been quite a rotting few days since the holiday started for me. xD

Wanna update my blog. But the moment i opened my PC...just can't stop myself playing Left 4 Dead awhile. And when i m done playing, i'm just too tired too type anything.

Anyway...

Yes...last week, the 3rd week of my Lower Six life.

Nothing much to tell i guess. Using the same time table since the school started having 1B exam. Darn boring.

Especially the 2nd period after recess. Chemistry!

Don't know why. My energy always seems to deplete around that time. For that week, everytime when it's Chem, it's like playing a game,Stay-awake-or-else-you-will-be-damn...xD Manage to survive though, I just sort of move back and forth in my seat to shake me up abit.

As for 28th of May 2009...hmmm...

A significant date for me to remember. I lost 2 of my best friends that day. Darn youS..xD

*sigh* just too bad...Gonna miss them a lot...

First, in the morning, Fruits left us,by bus of cause. Even leave me a sms before she departed. Then, at that night around 10, Yin left Malaysia for USA(what a lucky girl).

Hmmm...don't feel like writing anything more about my loses. Stop there.

By the way, went cycling for Sunday morning(31 May 09). Like cycling a lot...lalala...don't know why?xD

Cycle to Roger's house at Relau. But when i phoned him. He was lazy to come down for me ==. Said still wanna sleep. But it's already 9 in the morning man?!. Then start cycling home since he wouldn't come down.

Passing through Taman Bukit Jambul and met a couple of weird/passionate/friendly people =.=

Made it home around 10.30am...darn tired that time. Dead meat.

As for today which is 2nd June 09.

Went to school for choir.

Since 7.45am to 6pm.

Oh my darn goodness for that. Never ever before i stayed so long in school for co-curriculum before...hmmm

And yes my throat hurts. But better then i expected. At least i didn't get a sore throat now...lalala xD

Hmmm....think that's enough update for tonight. Now to L4D...xP

2nd week of Lower 6

Now I m going through the 2nd week...not any tougher then f5 yet though..

Even though today is Thursday,but let me type down something that happened about last Sunday(17-5-09).

They asked me out on that day. To Queensbay. Rollerskating. I was going at first. But then i said i m not going on that Sunday morning xD Said that i m afraid my asthama will return if i exercise too viciously in air-conditioned surrounding. Cause you see...last time i went to the SnowWorld at Genting Highland,I went in for just about 5 minutes, then i started to have this stupid asthama. So that time, I have to get out and for rest of the 55 minutes sitting outside waiting...

Anyway, I ended up whole morning playing Left 4 Dead...ONLINE!!...

And when it's almost 6pm...they are planning on throwing Yin a surprise party...that will be something I cant miss...

When i reached there,it's nearly half past six( always late,bad habit...=.=). And the first person i saw is her dad!...He was waving for me to get away from the gate...cause Yin is coming back...OHNo...Started my motor and rided to a nearby alley...Just a few more seconds late and the surprise party is not a surprise anymore...phew...

When she's back and went out stairs for bath, those hiding in her house phoned me to get in and standby. We all stood in the living room's corner, hiding just to wait her come downstairs.

After 15 minutes or so...she finally finished bathing and her bro asked her to come to the living room for awhile...So, when she came in, we(10 ppl of us if not mistaken) shouted 'surprise' at her!...HOHO!!..

She was shocked of cause,didn't jump though. Just kinda root to the floor and rolled her eyeballs showing the white. And hurried back upstairs...xD

When she came back down, we all went out to get the small party started...She still cant believe it,i think...xP

Anyway...nothing much...liked i said...just a small party...Ate some burger from both KFC and McD(HoHO!). Then, they take turns to give Yin their present. Also, they do took some picture(reminds me of prize winner receiving prize from headmaster...xD). And of cause,we got a cake here...to celebrate her 4 years b'day in one shot....haha...

After the "prize giving"..I played one party game with them...then it's 10 minutes before 10pm...left there...

Now to the Topic.

2nd week of Form 6...nothing special yet. Still haven't got the tie...darn it. I liked the tie alot(cause it's smooth...the silk kind)

Anyway...the highlights of the last 3 days are...I got scolded for falling asleep in Chem class.

Yyaya...my fault for falling asleep.

But let me just write down what happened.

You see. It was Wednsday and I go to bed at 2am in the morning. So, darn tired that day. At school, struggling to stay awake through out the whole day. When it was time for Chemistry, which is the 2nd period after recess, I m totally worn out.

Kept yawning through the first Chem period. The first period is all blablabla...Yawn...blablabla...Yawn for me. Then the 2nd period, I was that close. Just 20 minutes more then Chem will be over and i can close my eyes awhile waiting the next lesson's teacher to come in.

Too bad i fell asleept that time...Kept yawning. And i was sitting at the 2nd row. Felt that i m too...eerr...disrespectful to the teacher. So, i did the next disrespectful thing...Well...i m so darn tired that time and i cant think of a way to stop yawning. I stick my face to the table...thinking that time that teacher wont be able to see my yawning mouth or get irritated by it...xD

Pass out a few seconds. Then my ears picked up teacher's words changed to "I dont wan to intrrupt the lesson, but the boy there..." Immediately i knew he was talking about me. I looked up. Making the 2nd mistake...which is still lying my head on the table...Cause i think that...since i m busted,might as well stayed that way...xD

Then teacher asked me...lazy to write it all down...mainly of he didnt know about the teacher before will allow me to sleep like that in class, but he dont want that to happen in his class. Or is his lesson too boring or am i sick?...All nope for my answer...So he kept carry on. That if not. I shouldn't fall asleep in class.

Here's the thing i wanna mentioned.

It's very common that when a student fell asleep in classes, teacher will automatically think that it's because his or her lesson is boring. Then the 2nd is the student's sick. Not that it cant happen. But some teacher's lesson really do can hypnotise us students. The main reason we fell asleep is because we are tired and worn out.

And notice that, teacher usually wont asked whether you are tired or not? Always just the 2 factors mentioned above.

Anyway. I didnt told my Chem teacher the reason. Because of my...eerr...attitude or wrong of thinking, i think i will liked i did at home. So, i just kept quite.

And if I told teacher my reason. The scenario are expected to happen as below.

Me: I fell asleep cause i m tired and because i went to bed 2am in the morning.

Teacher: That's your probelm. You should not sleep during the lesson is on.

Me: But sir, i was just trying to tell you i fall asleep because of tired. Not because of your lesson is boringor being disrespect to you because of your lesson is boring. I m just tired.

Teacher : But you should not sleep in class.......

Well. let's stop there. Usually it will lead to teacher asking you why you went to bed late. And normally the reason we provided are not good enough(Really not good...like mine...gaming and sms.). And you will end up scold by your teacher again for this unhealthy stuff. So, that's why i just sat there keeping my big mouth shut.

The main thing is. I know how it feels if teachers are being complained that their lesson are boring. Of cause they dont wish to be that boring. Just they have their own way of teaching (exactly what my Chem teacher said when he was scolding me not to sleep in class just because the lesson was boring). I knew that teacher will be upset if students fall asleep because of their boring lesson. I wanna be good and tell the teacher that i didnt think his lesson was boring, just that i was tired, that's all.

Today's a brand new day. Woke up 6 in the morning. Felt darn tired causeI only closed my eyes 2am...Eyes hurt abit. But still, i have to go to school,to register for Lower Six in Heng Ee.

Stepped pass school gate,spotted Mr. Goh not far away. Hmmm...greeted him of cause. Walked into the foyer and looked at the clock hanging above. Only 6.50am. Too darn early i think. At least too early for any of my friends to show up...I came with my sis by my dad's car,that's why I'm punctual.

Walked slowly,really slowly to Dewan Kuliah. Was trying to look for my friends. No such luck. Straight away made my mind to go to the toilet. Wash my tired face and came out. Still not a single friend in sight. Greeted some lower form friends though. Reached Dewan Kuliah and became laughing stock of Yun Jing and Xiao Xian. Said not used to looking me with white pants. Hmmm...

Anyway...stand there trying to stay cool but failed for the next 20 minutes. Cause i can't stop knocking off the payphone behind me with the bag of mine. Finally my friends showed up(Where the heck did u go?) and I joined them waiting.

Bell rang at 7.25 and Pn Ooi went to open the lecture hall. We went in and sat down...

I would like to stop here and skip to the end of school as the process of typing it all down frightened me...too boring...i even fell asleep when Pn. Leong was informing us on the format of PA.

When i was back from school...have a quick shower and straight away slam onto my bed. WOke up around 3.50...quite refreshing and decided to skip lunch xD

Went to Queensbay again at 4...To retrieve my MAybank card that was eaten by the Cash-in machine...have a look around and went home around 5pm. Then sat down in front of the PC and learn abit guitar again...

That's pretty boring ey?...Well, the excitement are for me and only me. And it was the starting of school(like everyone of us excited about the first day at school after the 2 months holiday).

And meeting up with the same old friends although we graduated...that's enough excitement for me.

Now to solve the AddMath question my sis threw at me just now. Chao

2nd blog ne...lalala

Last few days,as we all know...have been raining lile hell...not sure why....the moonsoon i assume. Anyway...On Saturday...my throat is geeting abit strange....tighter to be precise...

Then,as expected,i went down with flu(...or cold i think?)

And i spent nearly my whole Monday on the bed...but never mind,I slept all those boring hour away.

Usually,fell sick doesnt bothers me...but this time it does,cause you see,I have plans for Tuesday's night and getting a cold isn't part of the plan. My plan was having dinner with some of my friends at Tao...AGAIN....xD

Not that I'm so craze of Tao,it's just coincidence that i have both parent and friend born on May. So we intend not to miss the discound! xP

On that day,we first gather at Fruit's house around 3pm. There are 6 of us,Fruit,Roger,Me,Yi Ru,Warren,Soon Shan. Play some guitars till 6pm then only we depart for Tao...Cause customers that reach before 6.30pm will get 10% off...HohO...

We got a total of 3 guitars here guys(the red one's mine,though I borrowed it from a friend...

So of course we made it...we are the 3rd table of customer there...hmmm.

Seated ourself, then we started to oreder...all the stuff we ordered were just like the ones i ate at Autocity...lucky for me cause I'm sick,therefore i only ate a little of everything xD...Halfway eating,saw my uncle stepped into the restraunt. And oh my what a shock,didn't expect to see him here...not that i hate him or what...just very unexpected. He came with his coworker for dinner...about 18 people of them!

We finished our dinner something around 9pm...then,when i walked out of Tao,I met my coworkers from Azuma!..HOHO...What a pleasant surprise..!...lalala There were Zhi Yun,Pei Zhern and Bong..lalala...Glad to see them.

Since the night is still young and we are quite full,we decided to stroll around Tesco xD..

And when i reached home...it's almost 10.30pm and with my cold getting worst...

When i woke up this morning...i totally cannot speak a complete sentence without my voice changing tunes. But I don't care....haha....still got about 4 more days untill school open...

K...that's all for now...just done downloading Left 4 Dead...now gonna try it out...Ciao

Anyway....I finally decide to open up a blog,cause felt kinda lazy to write in my diary.

So.
Let's start by yesterday's event
Yesterday I went to Autocity to have my dinner in Tao.
Of cause I'm going along with my parent...and my aunt's family...
Cause you see,Tao have this new promotion for the month of May.
Not vry sure about it,but if you were born on May,better listen up closely

The promotion is, those who were born on May that dine in Tao,will only be charge half of the normal price.
That's why we went...cause you see,my aunt,and my parent(yup,both of them)were born on May.

Anyway,reach there around 7.30pm...have a look around...lalala

Then,we went up the 1st floor for Tao.
And oh my goodness all the people crowding the entrance.
Can't remeber why but we must dine at or after 8.30pm...

We left there around 11pm...
Reached home around 11.30pm...and when I'm all done and ready for bed...it's already midnight....but i waited till 1am like that then only I lie down on bed...
Too full le...haha xD...

Hmmm...ok...think that's enough for my first blog...now to practice abit guitar...
